The European Union Visitors Programme (EUVP) invites young leaders from Ukraine to visit Europe to gain first-hand information on EU activities as well as a better understanding of its values and complexity. At the same time, it allows to share perspectives and best practice on issues of mutual concern.
An EUVP visit consists of an individual five- to eight-day program of meetings with EU officials at the EU institutions in Brussels, Strasbourg and/or Luxembourg . All programs are coordinated and arranged by the EUVP Secretariat and not by individual participants. Travel and per diem costs are covered by the EUVP. The Delegation of the European Union provides visa support for participants.
Ukrainian civil society actors are welcomed to apply, among other eligible participants. EUVP participants should be fluent in at least one of the EU languages and should belong to the 30-40 age group.
The deadline for submitting applications is the 10th of April 2017.
