3. Environment: Climate change / Black Sea regional cooperation
4. Children rights: Child protection / Violence against children
5. Social protection: Social services / Health services

Cross-cutting panels:

1. Strengthening Civil Society
2. Advocacy & Policy
3. Financial Sustainability & Fundraising
4. Legitimacy of the sector & Relations with governments
5. Volunteering & Public participation
