Of course, Eastern Partnership may facilitate the visa issue, that’s very important for the youth, for non-governmental organizations and for businessmen. Eastern Partnership may also help in opening the labour market for some specialists (…)
(…)That’s why Armenian NGOs participate actively in the Eastern Partnership programme. But in our country many people think that Eastern Partnership is mainly about the European funds for Armenia or Armenian NGOs. I believe it’s more important to accomplish reforms and, doing so, to get closer to Europe.
It’s not easy to say how much is the youth interested in Eastern Partnership; as far as I know, no research on this has been done. I think that the youth doesn’t have a clear understanding, as Armenian television does not pay much attention to Eastern Partnership.”
